Event Policy

PTT Event Policies*

• Late registration fee applied 15-Days prior to event: $20.00 Extra/Event
• Event size is limited based on capacity of track
• 3 or 4 Groups: Novice, Intermediate, Advanced, and School or Specialty groups
• Standard group is 25 riders
• Trackside Vendors - Food, Tires, Digital Video available at select events, Digital Photography

Food*

• Concessions will be available at all events

Gas*

• Bring a full tank of gas and some extra if you think you will need it. Riders average over 100 miles and gas may not be available on the track site.

Rider Responsibilities*

• Arrive at Track at 7:30 am
• Attend Rider’s Meeting at 8:20 am
• Obtain Tech Inspection of Bike
• Riding begins at 9:00 am
• Riding ends at 4:30 pm Blackhawk
• Riding ends at 5:00 pm Autobahn
• Obey all track rules
• Bring riding gear
• Prepare motorcycle as stated
• No wheelies, stopies, or unsafe acts

Bike Preparation*

• Newer Tires with min. 80% Tread
• No loose parts, no leaks
• Mirrors, glass, lights must be taped or removed
• Chain should have slack, check owner’s manual
• Bike will be inspected at track by PTT
• Intermediate and Advanced riders to remove antifreeze and run Water Wetter type coolant

Rider Preparation*

• Well rested
• No alcohol or drugs
• Complete registration and legal waiver
• Riders behaving in an unsafe manner will be asked to leave
• No wheelies, stoppies, etc. allowed
• Required Gear: Full-fingered gloves. Over-ankle boots. Leather or Cordura jacket. No Chaps. Leather or Cordura pants only. Full coverage helmet.

Novice - Gear Requirements*

• Leather or Cordura jacket. No nylon.
• Back Protector highly recommended
• Leather or Cordura pants
• Reinforced synthetic riding suits acceptable
• Full-face coverage helmet
• Over-ankle Riding Boots
• Full-fingered gloves

Intermediate and Advanced - Gear Requirements*

• One or two-piece leathers.
• Back Protector highly recommended
• Reinforced synthetic riding suits acceptable only if competition approved
• Full-face coverage helmet
• Over-ankle Riding Boots
• Full-fingered gloves

Refund Policy*

PTT Policy

• Prices posted are "Pre-Event" prices. Registrations made 15 days or less prior to an event will be subject to a $20 surcharge.
• Cancellations and changes MUST be received in writing at least 30 days prior to the scheduled course date. Upon receipt of this written notification, refunds will be given less a 10% administrative charge only if a cancellation request is received more than 30 days in advance in writing (email, fax or letter). Cancellations made between 30 and 15 days prior to an event will be granted a credit for another track date useable for a period of one year from the canceled event. No cancellations will be accepted 14 days or less prior to an event but you may sell or give away your spot. Anyone who sells or gives away their spot MUST contact us prior to the event with the new riders information.

ARC Policy

Cancellations and changes MUST be received in writing (email, fax or letter) at least 30 days prior to the scheduled course date. Upon receipt of written notification, refunds will be issued as follows:

• 30 days or more in advance of the event will receive a full refund LESS a 10% administrative charge.
• 30 to 15 days in advance of the event will be refunded one half (50%) of any monies paid.
• No cancellations will be accepted or refunds issued 14 days or less prior to an event but you may sell or give away your spot.

Anyone who sells or gives away their spot MUST contact us prior to the event with the new riders information.
